This is important information you must read before purchasing products from www.vixenhairuk.com. By purchasing from www.vixenhairuk.com you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may change, however we will notify customers via email if any changes do indeed take place. 
 
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment amounts are always taken in advance at checkout. We do not extend any credit/finance plans, or anything of that nature. 
Please ensure that when placing an order your billing address matches your shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address we will treat this as fraud and theft which will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. We ask that if you choose to ship your order to a shipping address different from your billing address, you must provide us with a proof of address of the shipping address: bank statements, utility bill letters or Government issued IDs (passport or driving license), via email before placing your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
When placing an order, ensure that your billing address and shipping address are identical. If customers wish to ship to an address different from their billing address, they should email us before placing their order. In this case, orders will only take place if customers submit proof of their relation to the anomalous shipping address; Vixen Hair will only accept, bank statements, utility bill letters or Government issued IDs (passport or driving license). You can continue with your order if we approve.

We advise that customers do not request for their parcel to get shipped to PO Boxes, unless they live in Africa or any other continent/country where PO Boxes are the basis of receiving postal packages.
 
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are not issued due to the nature of our products. Customers should understand that although we sell high quality virgin and raw hair extensions, there may be shedding. However, we can assure you that if shedding occurs it will be minimal and will not change the volume of your hair extensions. In addition, please note that as our hair extensions are single donor (each bundle comes from a single donor), each curly and wavy bundle will be unique meaning that each bundle will have it's one unique curl pattern. However, we aim to match each bundle group to the best of our ability. If you truly believe your hair extension(s) are defected please email us at vixenhairuk@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving your order, we will love to help. Tell us exactly what the issue is and send pictures, we will then fully investigate your complaint and come up with a plausible solution.
 
In the occasion that a return or exchange is permitted, hair extensions must be in original packaging (this includes bundle wraps and hang tags) and in original state (unwashed, uncoloured and free of any product e.g. hair serums, oils etc.). Customers who decide to return or exchange a product must bear the delivery costs.

Furthermore, we do not offer refunds to customers who have mistakenly purchased a product however an exchange will be offered. 

SHIPPING DELAYS
We advise that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline or hair appointment in which you'd need your hair extensions for, then please place your order well in advance to avoid any disappointment from unanticipated delays. We offer customers an estimated delivery, however situations beyond our control can tamper with our estimation. We are not responsible for late shipments due to poor weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, courier delays or holidays, thus if your package is delayed due to any of these reasons we cannot offer any monetary compensations. 

LOST PARCELS
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Vixen Hair is not responsible for any missing or delayed parcels due to the negligence of the couriers we use. In any rare case that a parcel is missing or lost, you would need to make a claim to Royal Mail. Please reach out to use if you need our input at any stage of the process.

FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid any disappointment. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address please email us immediately, we will then try our best to rectify your shipping address. To avoid failed deliveries, our third party couriers will notify you when your order is on the way; we advise that you or someone trustworthy is present at the shipping address when your parcel is out for delivery. If your parcel is signed for by someone other than yourself at your address, we will not be held liable as our duty is to deliver to your address.  If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused shipment you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately. We will offer you a chance to make a product substitution, however if you do not wish to take this option a full refund will be issued immediately.


GIVEAWAYS & DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS
If you win any of our products from a giveaway please note that you cannot receive a replacement or exchange for the prize. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with products on promotion. Similarly, discount codes do not apply on shipping costs.
 

COPYRIGHTS
Vixen Hair LTD owns all the rights of all images of people or places displayed on www.vixenhairuk.com. Use of any image displayed on our website by anyone is prohibited unless permitted in the Terms of Use or unless the director of Vixen Hair agrees in writing. Any unauthorised use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Vixen Hair on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Vixen Hair. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Beyond Hair.

PRICE CHANGES
Prices on our website are subject to change, please check our website regularly to check any changes.
