Delivery takes 5-10 working days once payment is received. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to process.
All our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. Please ensure you or someone you know will be present at your delivery address to accept your delivery to avoid any disappointment.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day, i.e. Monday or Tuesday if there is a bank holiday.
During the festive season and Royal Mail strikes, deliveries may be delayed by a few days so please bear this in mind when placing orders around this time.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, if you do not receive this within 7 days please email us.

Vixen Hair conducts a 3-tier process of quality conrtrol and can ensure that we deliver on high quality products to our customers.
