2000s NOSTALGIA

Let's take a trip down memory lane and remind ourselves what it means to be a Vixen...

The era of the Video Vixens

No other era screams Vixen more than the the early 2000s. With Hip-Hop merging into mainstream media and music video budgets getting bigger and bigger, it was hard to miss the main attractions of these videos...the 'Video Vixens'. Whether it was a curvy oil skinned stallion droppin' it like it was hot in the Dirty South or a stunning model wrapped up in chinchilla fur in NYC, it was obvious that these Video Vixens had stolen the show from the artists.

We recreated this early 2000s feel with inspiration drawn from the star girls of this music era; Ashanti, Aaliyah, Destiny's Child and J Lo. Sean John was an iconic brand during this period and has made a come-back 20 years later, history always finds a way of repeating its self. No 2000s look is complete without icy jewellery - homage to the legend Jacob Arabo aka Jacob the Jeweler who blessed some of our favourite artists with the coldest jewellery we've ever seen. The tinted sunglasses with a pink hue was by far one of the most striking trends that arose from this era. Vixen Hair is the cherry on top, what's a Vixen or Artist without confidence? Vixen Hair's straight silky bundles and HD lace frontal will have you feeling like the star of any show. With Vixen Hair, you are the main attraction sweetie.
